We are expanding and looking to hire a new Staffing Specialist in our office. This is a great position for Customer Service professionals who thrive at building and maintaining relationships, have excellent administrative skills and looking for a new challenge. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments and orientations
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Completion of University degree OR College diploma in Business
  • Background in recruitment, customer service or sales
  • Ability to successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline driven environment
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes
  • Actively participates on recruiting team and looks for ways to add value in addition to fostering an environment of open collaboration
  • Superior customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and database software
  • Ability to type 60 WPM

Assessment testing will be required.
