Pay Information: Based on experience Order Type: TP

We are currently recruiting for a Back Office Administrator.  This is a FULL TIME position with the opportunity to be hired on permanently with the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing daily trades, transfers and account changes
  • Monitor email and phone calls for the team’s advisors
  • Deposit incoming cheques
  • Issue payments to clients
  • Process pre-authorized chequing and automatic withdrawals
  • Process daily reviews for trading activity

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Completion of University degree, with a preference for Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in financial industry
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.  Pleasant and positive demeanour.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills

Pay: Based on experience.
