Description

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk.  This is a full time position with the opportunity to be hired on with the company with benefits.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry and approval of invoices
  • Respond to telephone or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person
  • Populate reports and prepare weekly billing spreadsheets
  • Open, sort and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems
  • Responsible for billing in a timely matter
  • Contact clients for collection of payment
  • Responsible for any administrative components required

The successful candidate will have the following experience

  • 3-5 years of prior AP experience, with high volume processing
  • Completion of post secondary education
  • Excellent computer skills, familiarity with Sage 50
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $19-$21/hour (+ Benefits once hired)
