We are currently recruiting for a Administrative Coordinator. This is a FULL TIME position with the opportunity for permanent hire.

The Administrative Coordinator is the front line staff member who deals with tenant maintenance concerns and coordinates a team of maintenance workers, cleaners and outside contractors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling maintenance workers, cleaning team and external contractors on a daily basis.
  • Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of inventory, key station and workshop
  • Communicate with tenants by email and phone to discuss property repairs, work orders and notices.
  • Organize, maintain, distribute and sign out property keys to employees and vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate with facility workers to ensure compliance with fire code regulations
  • Coordinate property inspections as needed
  • Deal with concerns, questions and requests of tenants, property owners and outside vendors.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • 1-3 years of prior administrative and customer service experience
  • Quick learner with an ability to address external and internal issues and concerns.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse multi-generational workforce.
  • Experience working with various computer programs including MAC /PC programs.
  • Bondable with a police clearance
  • Dedication, commitment and ability to work rotating on - call hours.

Pay: $15/hour
