We are currently hiring for 2 Medical Receptionists. These are FULL TIME positions with the opportunity to be hired on permanently with the company. The successful candidate MUST have their own transportation.

The successful candidates should be able to move between departments including: billing, OBSP, booking and more. There are 9 different locations and the successful candidate must be able to report to ALL locations. The successful candidate should be available Monday-Sunday, as shift schedules will vary each week.

Responsibilities include but are limited to:

  • Willingness to manage multiple receptionist and clerical activities
  • Managing incoming phone calls
  • Responding to patient inquiries
  • Booking and cancelling
  • Accepting, tracking and scanning of medical records
  • Processing third party payments, medical records and forms
  • Transcribing medical records

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Medical Office Assistant diploma; previous medical office experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Minimum 6 months experience in customer service
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a medical atmosphere
  • Knowledge and familiarity of medical terminology

Pay Rate: $15/hour
