Pay Information: $40,000/year Order Type: DH

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Restaurant Manager for our client in Windsor. This is a full time position being directly hired on by the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to when needed:

  • Manage restaurant bar and wait staff
  • Hire and train restaurant bar and wait staff in specific stations, and cross-train as necessary
  • Create schedules for restaurant bar and wait staff to ensure there are always enough workers to meet the demand
  • Ensure guest areas are clean, maintained and stocked
  • Respond personally to guest questions and complaints

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • 3+ years’ culinary experience
  • 3+ years’ restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of conducting and assessing restaurant inventory
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Experience with delegating tasks and maintaining fast speed of service

Pay: $40,000/year
