Description

We are recruiting for a Quality Manager. This is a full time position being directly hired on by the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, manage and continuously improve IATF/TS 16949 quality system standards and procedures.
  • Oversee the daily activities of the Quality department at plant level.
  • Respond, react to, and initiate corrective and preventative action for customer concerns
  • Provide ongoing training and support for Quality initiatives.
  • Internal Audit Team Leader. Coordinate and perform internal audits according to schedule.
  • Support launch activities and provide training and awareness on the floor for new programs.
  • Determination of KPI performance metrics
  • Champion corrective actions, and provide customer support as required
  • Support supplier sourcing criteria and supplier performance improvement as required

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Post-secondary education – preferably related field.
  • Supplemental training in CQE, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF Systems/Auditing.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality management position or equivalent.
  • Valid passport
  • Valid driver’s license; open to travel
  • Acceptable Credit and Criminal Background Check
  • Effective Communication and Problem Solving to optimize positive customer relationships.

Pay: $65-75,000/year + benefits
