Description

We are currently recruiting for an accounting professional to implement, train and guide clients on transitioning to Quick Books Online.  This is a full time position with the opportunity for permanent hire.

The Quick Books Coordinator will be responsible for converting clients to QBO, conduct training and orientation sessions, in addition to implementing the required changes.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Strong accounting and bookkeeping background
  • Completion of post secondary education
  • Proficient with Quick Books Online
  • Must be tech savvy, with a preference given to candidates with an IT background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong training skills and ability to stay patient and professional
  • Must have transportation to travel between client sites
