Description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a boutique wealth management brokerage.  This is a part time position with flexibility to work 25 - 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Data input of applications
  •  Interact with clients on a daily basis by phone, email and in person
  • Prepare documentation for client portfolio review meetings
  • Accurately input client trades/transactions

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • 2-3 years of previous administrative experience
  • Completion of post secondary education
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial terminology a strong asset
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Outstanding telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work in a quiet office with limited social interaction
  • Strong computer skills

Pay: $17 - $18/hour + annual performance based bonus
