Are you seeking a position as an Administrative Assistant in a busy office environment? Would you describe yourself as organized, resourceful, efficient and a multi-tasker… then this position may be for you!

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls
  • Greet walk-ins
  • Data entry
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Prepare and modify documents, correspondence, reports, memos, etc

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Completion of a college or university degree
  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Must have at least 3-4 years experience in a customer service role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and database software
  • Experience within customer service industry considered an asset
  • Ability to type 60 WPM

Assessment testing will be required.
